Your style.On autopilot.
Design your talking-head edit once. Then film, say one line, and Claude edits every reel in it: cut, graded, captioned, with b-roll, text cards and sound.
One payment. Yours to keep. Works inside Claude on Mac and Windows.

Drop your clip in your inbox folder.
Claude edits it in your style.
The finished reel lands in your exports.
Drag to see
what it does.
On the left, the clip straight off the camera: uncut, ungraded, every retake. On the right, the reel Yap Studio made from it. Turn the sound on and slide: you hear whichever side fills more of the frame.
“What you're seeing on screen is what you're getting in the final result.”
Shot on a Sony with Embed LUT. Edited start to finish by Yap Studio. The two sides aren't in sync: the edit is cut.
Stop paying for
every reel.
Times and rates are Chris Boustedt's own: 30–45 minutes to edit a premium reel by hand, and about $50 per premium reel for an editor. Yap Studio also needs a paid Claude plan and an ElevenLabs Starter plan for transcription (about $6/month).
Three steps.
One of them is talking.
Film
Shoot your yap on your camera or iPhone. Drop the clip in your inbox folder, or an iCloud folder from your phone.
Say it
Tell Claude one line. It transcribes, cuts the pauses and retakes, and picks the moments worth a cutaway.
“edit my inbox in Yap Studio”Post
The finished reel lands in your exports folder: graded, captioned, mixed to Instagram loudness, ready to post.
Setup takes about 10 minutes. You paste one prompt into Claude and it installs everything for you.
Start from a look
that already works.
Pick a preset, tweak anything, and it saves as your own style. The presets never change, so you can always go back.
Cinematic. Left-aligned captions, slow push-in b-roll, cream text cards, two-frame flash transitions.
Hook title on top, bold centered captions, pure talking head.
Every detail.
Your call.
A panel inside Claude where you design your look on your own footage, with a live preview. It saves itself. Claude uses it for every edit after that.
Your font, size, weight, letter spacing, outline, lines and position.
A headline on top of the reel, written from your own words.
Pulled from your own library, only where it shows what you're saying.
Full-screen cutaways for the lines that hit hardest.
Flash frames and your own overlays, timed to the frame, with sound.
Your camera's built-in LUT, picked up automatically. Log b-roll graded to match.
EQ, noise removal, compressor and limiter, with presets for each mic.
Low-pass and level, sitting under your voice.
Turn b-roll, text cards, transitions or sound off for a pure talking head.
One person.
A whole edit team.

A few things
to know.
Do I need to know how to code or edit?
No. You paste one setup prompt into Claude and it installs everything. After that you design your look in the Style Lab with sliders and dropdowns, and edit by telling Claude one line.
Is Claude included?
No. You need the Claude desktop app on a paid plan, and an ElevenLabs Starter account for transcription (about $6/month). Yap Studio runs inside your own Claude.
Does it work on Windows?
Yes, in beta. Setup checks whether you're on a Mac or a PC and installs the right way. Mac is the most tested.
Can I edit from my phone?
Yes. Film on your iPhone, drop the clip into a shared iCloud, OneDrive or Google Drive folder, and say "edit my inbox in Yap Studio" from the Claude app. Your computer does the edit while it's on with Claude open, and the reel lands back on your phone.
Can I use my own font, LUT and b-roll?
Yes. Upload any font in the Style Lab, and Sony footage with Embed LUT is graded automatically (any .cube LUT works too). Point the lab at your b-roll folders and Claude picks shots that match what you say.
Is my footage private?
Yes. Everything is edited on your own computer, and your lab lives in your own Claude account. Nothing is shared with anyone.
Do I get updates?
Yes. When a new version comes out you'll get it by email. Drag it into Claude and say "update Yap Studio". Your styles and settings stay.
Can I get a refund?
Because it's a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. If anything doesn't work, email support@chrisboustedt.com and we'll get you running.
